No Dinner-Only Baked Goods December.

Let's just say that the last 2 weeks we have been eating out or just eating a can of soup at home.
That time of year where I bake myself to the end of my love for cooking. I swear, my baby is eating a heck of a lot better than me. I've probably eaten enough cookies, candies and chocolates to last my family till the next Christmas season. Good thing I take multivitamins. :)
So today I have decided that Josiah and I are going to take a run down to Roth's and get lots of veggies, and some fruits to snack on so that I'll have that beautiful apple staring at me and haunting me till I eat it. Maybe make a eggplant parmesan casserole for dinner and a green salad? I'll take some low-fat milk to go with it I think.
Too cold to take a run now, but at least I can eat somewhat healthy before the warmer weather arrives. I'll definitely have a challenge ahead of me to get that fat baby love off my midsection. Hopefully we won't be pregnant before summer so that I can have that opportunity to work out. :)
